Creating a view with custom image type of a new content type

Issue/Request:

I have tried to create a custom view of images in my dev site. I got something (with the help of an ex employee) but it looks really poor and most likely requires a custom image.

This view will show the new content type of “Event Profiles.” Below is how the rough draft looks in my dev site.
