Hi again,

With respect to a former request:

http://yalesites.yale.edu/yalesites-forum/adding-spacing-between-sidebar…,

I just noticed that there is another category of items that need to be put into a similar table, that is the following:

http://yipp.yale.edu/abraham-fullers-management-schaghticoke-indian-prop…Thanks,

Paul

Hi Paul,

I am looking into this. I will get back to you as soon as I have something for you.

Best regards,

Carris

Hi Paul,

If you can find the View that creates that block, you can go into the View > Format > Format and change it from Unformatted List to Table. That should give the lines in between the titles. I tried to find the View, but wasn’t sure which one it was.

Best regards,

Carris

Hi Carris,

I was unable to find where the View > Format tabs were for those items.  Would it be possible for you to send me screenshots for something similar?

I also noticed that the one-columned document list (the table you had created earlier for some of our materials) has now turned into a multi-columned table.  See this example: http://yipp.yale.edu/tribe/146.  Is there a way to revert that back to a one column table instead of three?

Thanks!

Paul

Hello Paul,

This is because the content on the attached URL is a field entity reference, which means its not a view and its referencing content within the node/page. It will not be able to be converted as the other views blocks.

The block on tribe/146 has two columns because the 2nd column is the edit option to edit the individual content pieces. It does not show up as an anonymous users which is what most people will see.
