Creating a form in development mode

I am currently developing a form for the Girl’s Science Investigations site in development mode at http://dev.gsi.yale.edu (see [Registration’ on the menu. I would like to know if there is an easy way for me to copy the web form from http://dev.gsi.yale.edu to http://gsi.yale.edu when the time comes for me to make it public. Also, is there a way for me to make it so that a person submitting a form will be able to view/edit their form later - I will be adding fields for them to select later.
