Creating an ‘Edit’ link for node type

I am hoping to create a link to edit the current node to be displayed in a block that appears on all content of a certain type, ‘Resource’. I’m having trouble figuring out how to include the URL for the current node in the link. Here’s an example of a resource page with the (not-yet-functioning) block: https://tst.lgbtq.yale.edu/resources/newsletter

I appreciate any help you can offer—or if you have ideas for a better way of allowing users to login and edit certain content types! Thank you!
