Hi!

Can you tell me what tags or code I would use to format the training guide descriptions.

How can I turn the description paragraph into two paragraphs? And what if I want to add bold or italics? I tried HTML code, but no luck.

Hi Cathy,

the description field should only have a short snippet of text that describes the training; this will show up on the list. More detailed information should go in the Body field and that will show up on the landing page. If that’s not working let me know and we can change it.

I understand, but right now there’s a sentence on that description that I need to stand out and grab people’s attention. Not seeing that information is causing more calls for the Employee Service Center.

There’s frequently information that we want people to see when they’re scrolling down the page - even in a short snippet.

Is there a way to do some simple formatting in the description? Or does it require some redesigning of that field?

ok, I added the WYSIWYG toolbar to the Description field. You should be all set now.
