Create New FAQs Page and Turn Main Menu into Drop-Down Menus

Hi -

I would like to learn how to create a second FAQs page for our website and how to turn our main menu bar into drop-down menus.

I’ve read through all the forum questions and Help documentation and still have questions about how to do this.

I just requested a dev site refresh and would like to test these in the dev site before I apply it to the live site.
