Create blue line separator between title and bio in People page

I would like to create the standard blue line separating my title and my bio on my staff bio page.  Here an example of what I would like it to look like.

Hi, Casey:

The page above has been changed to include the ‘blue line’ you spoke of. To add the blue line, go into the Edit overlay for the page, scroll to the ‘Bio’ field and look at the WYSIWYG bar, see pic below:

Click on that icon once you have positioned your cursor in the place where you want the line.
