Conditionals in webform

Issue/Request:

I would like the last text area “Please tell us when you will be joining” to show only if the user has selected the third checkbox. I have set a conditional to only show this if the first two are not selected, but I must be missing something. Thank you!

Hello Elizabeth,

Since I couldn’t figure out how the best conditional. I provided a work around. I’ve pre-selected the first option. This will hide the text area until a person selects the last option. Will that work?

Thanks, Josue. For some reason, the conditional text appears when I click the “no” option, too.

Also, is there a way to allow for only one checkbox to be chosen?

Hi Liz, if you want them to only be able to select one using radio buttons, you need to change the field from check boxes to radios. Also, make sure that none are selected, otherwise people will bypass the field and you’ll get more people who have the 1st radio button selected than you want.
