Changing our Department Structure

I’d like to make a change to the way the headers—we’re calling them divisions (i.e. “Administration” and “Collection Services”)–function, to be linked text, which follow the same format as the department pages (i.e. this format). We would like to add more divisions (keeping them bold, but making them linked) and adjust the names/add departments.

Would you have time to meet to discuss if this is possible sometime today/Monday? We’ve been told we can make changes to our D6 site until Monday afternoon, at which point it will migrate to D7. I’d like to see if I can make these changes before that happens.
