Changes to website not “sticking”

I just made a change to the profile of one of our faculty, and the change is not showing. I flushed the caches, and still no dice.

Is there a problem with my administrative access, or is this typical - taking a few minutes, hopefully as I don’t see the change yet, for updates, or not supposed to happen?
