change heading from Postdocs and Fellows

We want that page to be just Postdocs, with a separate page to be created at a later time for Fellows. How can I edit out the words “and Fellows”?

You are all set. I changed the People Type choices to have Postdocs and Fellows as separate choices. Let me know if you need anything else.
