CAS User Update and Access Issues
Hi YaleSites–there seems to be a glitch in the Administration>People list. I’ve added a new community member a few weeks ago, ckp9 (Charlotte Padden), as a CAS User and cannot make any adjustments to her profile. She has not been able to access the toolbars when logging into the CAS, even though she was provided a “contributor” role. The account has also replicated itself with no effort from me.
I would like to delete both accounts (ckp9 and Charlotte Padden) and start anew, which the CAS will not allow me to do, which is odd. My colleague has not contributed any content at this time and I wish to move forward with this as soon as possible.
I also noticed a series of new users, who seem to all be from YaleSites, but I have had no notification from your group that this has occurred. Since then, there have been unexplainable things happening within the management environment–are there updates being made to the Drupal system that may be causing inconsistencies?

Dear Ronnie:
All current members of the YaleSite were added to all YaleSites so that we would have access in case we needed to provide assistance, so we only login once a client needs help; that change was done about a month or so ago, so that’s why you now see a few new people who have never logged in before but are admins on the site.
I removed both accounts associated with Charlotte Padden then re-added her, and gave her the Contributor role - can you please have her login and let me know if she’s seeing the admin toolbar?
