My site (idcenter.yale.edu) is currently in maintenance mode however I’d like to give access to my staff to review the site. Is there a way to do this without giving them editing capability? Right now, when they login to identer.yale.edu/cas as an authenticated user, they just get the “under maintenance” page.

You can set the permissions so that Authenticated Users can see the site in maintenance mode. To do this you would go to People > Permissions then scroll to System and under Use the site in maintenance mode, put a check for Authenticated User. This will allow them to see the site. You must remember to uncheck it once you are ready to go live so that in future cases it will be blocked to all but admin & editors.
