Can’t find an orphaned file to force delete even using Fancy File module

I’m used to using the Fancy File module to find orphaned files to delete from the system after they start hanging around and showing up on google searches after I thought they were originally deleted from their nodes, but I’ve got one now that I can’t find in the system.

I’ve searched all through using Fancy File and I can’t find that file either sorting by file name or the node it was attached to: “Forms for Students”. 

Is there some other way to search for an orphaned file that I’m missing?
