Cannot find CSS injector module YaleSites 2016

Hi, we have 2 questions we hope you can help us with:

1. We cannot find the CSS injector anymore. We’ve tried to scroll through the 100s, if not 1000s of modules but there are no way to search for the modules or find out if they have changed name or relocated under a different category.

2. Our site is not secure…. see the screen shot piece:

what can account for this?

Going a different route, we did find it so now we only wonder about the unsecture message…!

Dev sites are not behind https so you will see the insecure message, but this is fine. The live site will be secured.
