When we install our local Drupal suite, we can also access MySQL database behind Drupal. Can we do that on our Yale Drupal site? Thanks.

Hello Jing,
You can get a copy of your MySQL Database when you request a backup with the purpose of configuring your local dev environment to match your dev/prod site but you are not able to import or modify upward to the database in http://dev.asiannetwork.yale.edu/. That database is not available for editing.
The purpose of your local Drupal environment is so that you can work on structural/theme changes to the site code but not the database.
