Calendar Taxonomy Pages

Hi,

An individual in my department was uploading content to the AA&D Hub calendar that Alyssa assisted me with. We noticed an issue on the taxonomy pages, please see the picture below. There are several training sessions with multiple dates/times. This information is currently being uploaded as a single content entry and is displaying properly on the calendar – one entry for each event/time with all sessions times listed on the event’s page. On the taxonomy pages, though, each session is listed as one entry with all of the days/times listed together rather than separate entries for each session. Is there a way of separating this information on the taxonomy pages so they appear as separate entries or do we need to upload separate entries for each occurance of a particular training session?

Hi Devin,

I think it may be because the event times are all added on the one event node, so it’s just displaying the event title and then the times by themselves (I’m assuming this is what you’re referring to?) I’m wondering if you change the Group By field of the table view to the title of the event rather than the date if that will make any difference with how the dates and times are displayed.

Thanks Alyssa. I just tried you suggestion and unfortunately it didn’t resolve the issue. I will ask the individual uploading the content to create a separate node for each session. I thought they may need to upload content separately but figured I would check to see if there was a work around.

Thanks for following up. Yes, we were able to get this page to display properly by creating separate content entries for each session.
