I screwed it up this time!
I have been working on cleaning up the searches in the left sidebar. I was somewhat successful until I decided to prune the calendar tags, which were a hot mess, all scrambled and with a number of near-duplicates and meaningless terms. I trimmed it back, but now the event pages (generated from Bedework) that had been tagged with the deleted (unneeded) tags don’t show up. I assume this is what is happening.
Example: In the main event list on that page, the third one is for Carolyn Forché on Sept. 22. If you click it, you get the error message.
- Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in ds_field_formatter_view() (line 1238 of /data01/d7/ism.yale.edu/sites/all/modules/contrib/ds/ds.module).
- EntityMalformedException: Missing bundle property on entity of type taxonomy_term. in entity_extract_ids() (line 7844 of /data01/d7/ism.yale.edu/includes/common.inc).
The searches still don’t behave perfectly, either, but that’s nothing compared to having lost my event pages.
HELP!
Hi Melissa;
First I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Carris Toupin and I am part of the of ITS, Campus Community Technologies group and I have been asked to assist you with your YaleSites Forum question(s). Josue gave me Admin access to your site and I will be looking into the issue. I’ll be in contact with you soon.
Regards,
Carris
Hi Melissa;
I know that we mostly fixed the issue by removing and then re-installing the filter for the view. Have there been any more incidents of ‘page not found’ since the last one that you fixed by deleting and then re-entering the event? I still have a few more possibilities for changes to the feed that might help with that error. However, at this point, I don’t want to change anything else, unless the issue happens again.
Let me know if you have any more errors.
Best regards,
Carris
