Calendar sync and people editing problem

I would like to request office hours to deal with two problems which are not being resolved. 1) iCal sync with Calendar. I followed the steps and we still cannot get it to work. And 2) Reina Maruyama unable to edit her profile page “Bio section”. I have a PDF file which shows what she sees. I have checked permissions, etc. and do not see what might be causing her problem.
