Calendar Cache

Calendar events that appear in the right sidebar on our front page are sometimes out of date - for example - today is November 6, yet the November 5 events remain displayed. The show correctly when logged in as admin, but not in the public view. There are some other anomalies, for example the published time is sometimes several hours different from the time entered into the event editor. Is there a caching control somewhere? – Ed
