Hello Eamonn,
Block Title Link’s current functionality is to modify the Block Title and make it a link. It currently does not support changing the link attributes. Though this is something that is currently unavailable can make a feature request to the maintainers of the module to see if this is something that can be done in the future.

hi,
even though there’s an attribute field below the link field? i had looked in the support info and the text there says you can put in that field. if this isn’t the case, could we get that added for the future?
thanks!

Yes the attribute it currently has will display its contents when you hover as well as with screen readers. What we’d need to get to is the link attributes to make it open in a new window, tab, existing and etc. We will submit a feature request to the Maintainers to see if this is something they can add in future releases of the module.
