Biblio fields do not populate when I import data to module from EndNote

Hi,

I am working with the Biblio Module and there are many bugs.  One of the issues is with the DOI and URL fields not populating at all.  For example in EndNote we have URLs and DOI links for all of Journal Article publication type.  In Biblio these fields are empty for all of our Journal Article entries.  In the Biblio Settings I have made sure to enable both fields, DOI and URL and made them visible.

How can we fix this?  It seems to be something that Biblio should be able to do.

See Screenshots below of one example.  There are other issues such as the Journal field duplicates the name of the journal. and other fields that I have made visible do not appear in the node.  But I am right now most interested in the URL and DOI field because it is a necessary field for our Database users.
