Bedeworks Calendar Information Intergration

Hello YaleSites,

Is there an efficient way to integrate the information from our bedeworks calendar into the events view that has already been created as part of our site, with out having to manually input a node for each event? Our team prefers the styling on the events pages (which are by far more consistent with the design of the rest of the site in comparison to the current calendar) and how the events can easily be connected with other programs and exhibitions throughout the rest of the site.

If all of this calendar information can easily be imported from bedeworks to the site specific event’s calendar, we would like to replace the bedeworks display and work on fleshing out the Drupal-based calendar’s functionality to mimic some of the options currently found in the bedeworks display (i.e. event categories; long-term exhibitions and programs visibility/promotion), and would eventually like to push the calendar forward as a interactive tile on the Center’s homepage. Please let me know how best to proceed, and find the an example of an event we highlighted recently outside of the bedeworks display.
