Basic Page Title & Rotating Feature

Hello,

I’ve followed the instructions to enable the Rotating Feature on my front page, and added two images, however, it does not appear: If I add the Rotating Header Image, it does appear, but Rotating Feature will not.

Additionally, I can’t get the title (currently appearing as <none>) to go away on the main page content. Any way to do that?

Basically, I’d like it to appear as the Yale Standard example on the Design Options page: http://yalesites.yale.edu/explore-your-options but instead of the rotating image, it’s the rotating feature.
