Automated opening date display not visible on day of event

Hello Yale Sites Team,

The future exhibitions transitioning to current exhibitions continue to disappear from the URL http://britishart.yale.edu/exhibitions the day of an opening event. It is also not visible from the future exhibitions URL http://britishart.yale.edu/exhibitions-future. We’ve resulted to changing the “opening date” field to the day before to temporarily resolve this issue. Please advise as soon as possible as this request is time sensitive and continues to go unresolved. This is not a problem for closing dates, but the automation persists for opening dates.

I just wanted to touch base with you to let you know that Josue and I are looking at this issue. Josue mentioned that you have a few other issues as well. I would appreciate if you could send a list of the items you would like us to look into.

As far as the date issue with the exhibitions, does this also happen on your dev site? I am trying to isolate the problem and it would help to know this.

Hi, Ronnie:

I did several test runs on the dev site and my change worked fine. I fairly sure that the issue is fixed. Please keep an eye on it and let me know if there are any future issues. The issue was with the choice of logical operator in the filter criteria for the Opening Date. I changed it to ‘less than or equal to’ instead of ‘less than’. I manipulated the dates of an exhibit on your dev site to see if it worked properly and it seems to. Let me know if you have any other issues with your site and I would be happy to help.
