Author info in a view?

if you look at http://aadhub.yale.edu/guidelines-and-procedures, i have a series of views and was asked if i could include the name of the author in addition to the date/time of publish.  i have the latter as content: publish date, but is there a way to pull in the author info from the content node itself?  another way to get the person’s name?  I tried the content:author id, but it just shows the #, not the name.
