Authenticated user showing up on People page

Dear YaleSites,

A couple of weeks ago an authenticated user with no permissions appeared on our People page (beingwell.yale.edu/people). Not sure how this happened. Could it be a bug? Is there a way to keep this from happening again?

Also experienced same thing with dev site (for 2016 themes) where an authenticated user with no permissions was able to add herself to our dev site People page (dev.beingwell.yale.edu/people). Could this have been because she was logged in via CAS?
