appointment scheduling module

Hi Drupal team,

I’m in need of an option to allow our students to sign up for time slots for meetings over the course of several days. I had been using google forms to do this, but it’s limited and not very secure. 

Ideally I would like a module that lets me build either a form or calendar listing of a bunch of time slots over several days that restrict a person to choosing only one time slot and submitting that choice. Then that time slot is automatically removed or filled so no one else can choose it. 

Do we currently have a module that allows this? If not, I found this after a quick search: https://www.drupal.org/project/appointment_calendar  Could we get something like that?
