[Another] The form has become outdated. Copy any unsaved work in the form below and then reload this page.
Hi there - I see there have been 3-4 posts about this problem and none *appear* to have been resolved – at least the solution has not been posted to those threads. So here is another thread about the same issue.
Problem: When I edit a blog post or any other kind of format and attempt to save the changes, I get the following message:
“The form has become outdated. Copy any unsaved work in the form below and then reload this page.”
1) I can confirm it happens even while *not* logged in elsewhere. So, it seems unrelated to being simultaneously logged in in two places as suggested in one thread.
2) It occurs over and over if I edit multiple pages.
3) It occurs when editing after a long absence *and* when editing on consecutive days.
4) It occurs very quickly, seemingly between 2-5 minutes.
Did fixing the page caching work as suggested on one thread?
Thanks,
-S
Hello Scott,
There were some updates to the YaleSites Drupal instance which should resolve this issue. We recommend requesting a Site Refresh to update the core files and modules.

Okay - how do we request a site “refresh?”
Thanks,

Nevermind - didn’t see the link link in the response! (Monday…) I’ll request one, thanks!

Hello Scott,
I’m following up on this request. It seems that other sites experiencing this issue have seen a resolution after moving the site to the cloud. Your site has been moved to the cloud since November. Are you still experiencing this issue or have you found that it’s been resolved?
