All Website Content Deleted

Hello, 

I have recently tried to update our lab website, and when I tried to change the color of the homepage all of the content (pages, menu bar, rolling images on the welcome page) all disappeared and I cannot seem to get them back. 

I would appreciate any assistance/troubleshooting with this issue!
