After 2016 update, tab needs adjustment

Issue/Request: 

I have a highly customized site and after the 2016 update I noticed the wording of the tabs need realignment. Specifically, two of the five tabs. So if you go midway down our home page and look at News and Announcements and also Featured Publications, you’ll see the tabs breaks up the words oddly. Could this be fixed easily?

A CSS rule has been added to fix the way words break in the quick tabs on the home page. Let me know if you need anything else.
