Advising Site links not reordering

I’m working on the dev site for Advising, and trying to reorder the menu links. However, after reordering them, the changes do not save. I have tried clearing the cache, this does not help. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I’m happy to assist you. Please give me admin access to the site. My Id = cm2363. Then, if you could let me know the order you wanted menu links to display – I’m assuming the main menu is what you’re referring to – I’ll have a look. If not the main menu, please let me know the specific menu links you’re referring to. We can jump on a call this afternoon to discuss if that’s easier for you. Just send me the number to reach you and when between 1:30 and 4:30 would be best to call.
