Adding an “I accept terms and conditions” component to webform

Issue/Request:

I am creating an application for use of an on campus space using the webform module. Before a user fills out the application, I’d like to provide them with the policy for the use of the space, and have them click an “I agree/I accept and acknowledge receipt of this policy” before moving on to fill out the webform. Is this possible? Thanks in advance!

Hello Elizabeth,

YaleSites does not currently have a module that handles that, but there are options within the webform that might work for you. I’m not sure if you are familiar with the YaleSites Request A Site webform which has terms before you proceed. That is done by setting conditionals within your webform. You can then add a markup field called terms to show the terms and a select options field with a check box to agree to terms. Let me know if this helps.

The Request a Site webform is exactly what I need to duplicate.

I’ve created the markup field for the terms along with a select options field. I’ve also set the conditionals, though I’m not sure that I’ve done it correctly.

I still can’t get the webform to appear on a next page once the user agrees to the terms.

Could you please advise?

I’ve added a page break. This is the same way we have it at the Request a Site webform. Let me know if that works.
