Add a nodequeue to a view

I apologize in advance for this question: How can I add a Nodequeue to a view. I’ve done this before but the option to add nodequeue is not available in the the view I’ve created. There IS a nodequeue create with items in it. I see how to add it to ‘Fields’ but I would like to filter by nodequeue so selected articles will appear in a block (created by a view).

I think I figured this out. There is a ‘nodequeue view’ that is generated. I pulled that block on the page where it is needed. It would be great if Nancy could confirm that what I’ve just said is correct and how I’m setting this up is correct would be great.

So what I really need help with now is filtering out the items in the nodequeue block FROM the page view. I’m not sure how I can do that since I can see a way to filter by using the nodequeue.
