Add Ask Eli Box to SFS YaleSites pages

Issue/Request:

Currently the SFAS websites have a search box “Ask Eli” using Intelliresponse software on each of our webpages. Would like to add that to our new SFAS sites. To date, the YaleSites that would be affected: sfs.yale.edu and idcenter.yale.edu.
