3rd party authentication sign on error

Hi-

We have 3rd party authentication set up but it is not working for us.  We get an error message that says “There was an error processing your request” whenever someone tries to sign on using Google, etc.  We have tried different browsers too.

Can you please assist and help us to get this feature working for us?  It is important that we have it working soon for various reasons.

Is this issue only with Google or are they having trouble with the other services? Have they tried Yahoo, Twitter or any others?

Hi,

One person I had testing it for me also tried Microsoft and said she got a “different error” but I’m not sure what it was.  I can’t test it myself (other than Google) because I don’t have other accounts but am hoping to find someone who can help me test the other ones too.  But a lot of people use the Google account so we want that to work!
