Hi,

we’re trying to edit one of the faculty members (Frahm) on this page — just remove the degree) but every time we make a change, we get the following error message: “The e-mail address ellery.frahm@yale.edu is already taken.”

We suspect it may have something to do with the fact that we have not entered a net id for him but when we try and use the “Create, edit or delete additional CAS usernames associated with this account.” link in the box, it still gives us errors. What would be a good way to deal with this?

Hi Bjorn,

There were 2 accounts set up for him; I deleted the one that was not being used so that the account that displays on your People page is now the only account. I’ve removed the degree for him as well.
