Consistency among Publication Thumbnails in Dynamic Author Blocks

Publication images at the bottom of some faculty pages (in the ‘Dynamic Author Block’) are larger than they should be, and blurry.  

Using this faculty member’s people page as an example, when you click on the publication itself, the image is fine.  These thumbnails are inconsistent between other faculty pages.  

We would like the same size thumbnail in each ‘author block’ for our faculty, and for the images not to be blurry.  Please help!
