Spam coming from online forms

We are getting spam from both of these forms https://yalehealth.yale.edu/ask-member-services and https://yalehealth.yale.edu/comment-card . I see that I have captcha set up on my site, but these forms are not listed, how do i add them?

Hi Heather,

I added the webforms to the CAPTCHA settings, so you should now see a CAPTCHA field for those - can you confirm? Keep in mind that you will have to be logged out to see it.
