Help with switching theme

We’re interested in changing to the Yalesites 2016 Wide theme and would like some help. We have an updated dev site to work with, but not sure how to begin and would like help moving forward. Would it be possible to have someone come to us so that a few of us can go over things? Also have a few other questions on site editing/building.
