So, I logged in for the first time to get started, but the administrator toolbar did not appear. Am am doing something wrong?

You are not seeing the Admin tool bar because you do not have Administrative privileges on that site at this point.
In order to add you as an Admin, we would need the ok from the site owner. It looks like Natalie Daumeyer might be the site owner, if she is, then we would need the ok from her to add you as an Admin., or she could do it.

Sorry about that, sometimes it is hard to tell who is who on a website. I received your email and added you as a Site Admin. You are all set. By the way, an Admin, like Natalie, can also add Admin status for someone.
