Camera image load/date issue

on the front page of this site, it is set so that an image is automatically loaded every day at 2:00 pm and the block updates with the date and time.  the block is now incorrectly displaying the date and time.  i believe this is all governed by a module that was created, but i don’t have access to check it out, etc.  the site itself has the correct date/time information.  could this get corrected?

hi, any word on this?  the date now seems to be correct, but the images are not loading/updating.

This issue was resolved by changing the site to the new 2016 Themes.
