Why do edits not show up?

I have updated http://physics.yale.edu/department-committees to add members to the “Climate and Diversity Committee” and the changes only show up in Mozilla Firefox on my computer. I have checked with a co-worker and she can see the updated information in both Chrome and IE. Other people cannot see the changes at all. I have had problems with changes showing up pretty much from when the website was migrated to the cloud.
