Edits not “taking”

Issue/Request:

I’m the webmaster for classics.yale.edu. We’ve been encountering problems getting our web updates to “take” lately. I log in remotely via cisco anyconnect/duo and make updates the same way I have for some time. My edits show up on my local computer while in the Drupal interface but once logged out, they vanish.

I have escalated this issue and there is a Service Now ticket in for a remigration (sort of a refresh) of your site. Sites are being moved to the cloud and we believe that this procedure has effected your site.
