Sidebar Second Dissapeared

Hello,

On the following site, http://zhongpolylab.yale.edu/, I had a block titled “Contact Us” that was displaying correctly at the “Sidebar Second” portion of the main page.

Not sure what has happened but it is no longer displaying on the main page. Can you please take a look and let me know what might be the problem?

I realized my error - it had to do with the delta that is in place. My apologies.
