Blog features

I’d like to schedule office hours to fine-tune the Blog page layout so that I can include the categories, an archive, and tags along with the recent blog entries block. I also wish to remove the “Lisa Brennan’s Blog” button / feature.

For the same site, I ‘d like to include the twitter feed on the front page and I am not having any luck doing that.
