people photos not same size

The profile photos of the people on the CMES website are not displaying as the same size, even though I’ve selected “people-thumbnail” as the display size. I can’t figure out where the setting is that I need to change - can you take a look? http://dev.cmes.macmillan.yale.edu/people

Note that Grewal is larger than the Anthro people and further down, Manning’s photo in Classics is tiny. 

While the profile photos aren’t all the same size in their native state, they are all close in size to each other.
