YaleSite launched, but URL redirect not working

Hello,

My YaleSite (intergroup.yale.edu) went live this week. Unfortunately, the URL redirect I requested does not work. In order to facilitate a smooth transition to the new site, it is crucial that we have a working redirect from our old URL (yale.edu/intergroup).

Please advise how that can be fixed.
