Can you tell me how to hide the individual items under each category? I would like each category to expand when you click the category name. (Categories = Job Requisitions, Appointments, Job Change…)

Hello Kathi,
To do so, you have to go to Views Accordion Settings then scroll down to Use the group header as the Accordion header. This will make the category be the accordion.
