Accessing the Admin Dashboard

Hello, I am trying to access the Admin dashboard of this web site, http://dev.uep.yale.edu, but after logging in via /cas, admin access doesn’t appear.

Please advise. Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately, this is still an issue. I can not access either of these sites now.
